Terms of Use

The short version

Resolved is a personal project for tracking Magic: The Gathering collections, run by one person. Use it in good faith, don't abuse it, and understand it comes with no guarantees.

Your account and content

• You are responsible for what you store in your account. Your collection data remains yours; Resolved claims no ownership over it, and you can export or delete it at any time.
• Don't attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or use automated tools to hammer the API. Photo scanning has a daily per-account limit to keep the service affordable to run.
• Accounts may be suspended or removed if they are abusing the service.

Prices and card data

Card data, images, and prices come from the Scryfall API. Prices are estimates for personal reference only — they are not offers to buy or sell, and no guarantee is made about their accuracy. Purchase links open third-party retailers with their own terms.

No warranty

Resolved is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including data loss or downtime. Back up anything you can't afford to lose — the export feature exists for exactly that.

Resolved is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. It is not approved or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast. Portions of the materials used (card names and card images) are property of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
